Week 12 - The End of the Road

Welcome to the final installment of Secure with Rich! I want to thank everyone for checking out my blog and being part of this journey with me. All the topics I chose to cover were primarily on security. I felt it was important to cover topics that were relevant and helpful surrounding security. As someone that is building a foundation of security knowledge understanding basics of tools and best practices is important to establish a baseline depending on goals. My thought process when creating these posts were to stick to the same source each week but include outside sources after conducting research. Overall I felt that this blog helped me by challenging me to seek additional information. For example, I got a lot of information from our textbook but wanted to get different insights from other sources to broaden the scope. Doing this I felt it gave me more background to use and learn from and document on a blog that I can go back to and review.
